Akifix S.p.A. è un’azienda leader nel settore dei fissaggi- componentistica per cartongesso e complementi per sistemi d’isolamento a cappotto. Attualmente può vantare più di 6.000 clienti in 67 diversi Paesi e un’offerta di oltre 7.500 prodotti. Nel corso degli anni, Akifix® ha diversificato la propria offerta dai settori tradizionali - cartongesso e isolamento - ampliandosi ad altri segmenti di mercato quali, per citarne alcuni: utensileria tecnica, elettroutensili, botole di alta gamma. Ad ogni settore è dedicato un marchio aziendale che conferisce ai prodotti Akifix® un’assoluta visibilità e rintracciabilità. Il processo che va dalla selezione e creazione dei prodotti fino all’assistenza post-vendita, è curato interamente da uno staff altamente specializzato di tecnici e ingegneri. Inoltre l’azienda può vantare dal 2007 la certificazione ISO9001, fondamentale traguardo che assicura un altissimo livello qualitativo.

Attualmente l’azienda dispone di 14.000 m2 coperti dedicati a logistica e produzione e ulteriori 6.000 m2 in prossima realizzazione per nuove linee produttive. Lo spazio dedicato al prodotto finito per la vendita è uno dei maggiori punti di forza di Akifix®: tutti gli ordini possono essere evasi nelle 24/48 ore successive al ricevimento, anche grazie all’utilizzo di tecnologie all’avanguardia nella logistica e software WMS (Warehouse Management System).

Pendini: 2 linee per la formatura del filo d’acciaio dedicate principalmente alla produzione dei pendini
Botole: 3 linee di assemblaggio per le botole di ispezione in cartongesso sia per le misure standard che per i formati personalizzati • Stampaggio: 5 linee per lo stampaggio di materiale plastico
Assemblaggio: 8 linee per l’assemblaggio dei tasselli in nylon
Inscatolamento: 3 linee per l’inscatolamento automatico dei tasselli in nylon

It currently has more than 6.000 customers in 67 different countries and an offer of over 7.500 products. Over the years, Akifix® has diversified its offer from traditional sectors - plasterboard and insulation - expanding to other market segments such as, to name a few: technical tools, power tools, top quality access panels. A company brand is dedicated to each sector which gives Akifix® products absolute visibility and traceability. The process, from the selection and creation of products to after-sales assistance, is handled entirely by a highly skilled staff of technicians and engineers. In addition, the company can boast ISO9001 certification since 2007, a fundamental achievement that ensures a very high quality level.

Currently the company has 14.000 m2 covered dedicated to logistics and production and an additional 6.000 m2 in the near future for new production lines. The space dedicated to the finished product for sale is one of Akifix®’s greatest strengths: all orders can be processed within 24/48 hours after receipt, also thanks to the use of cutting-edge logistics technologies and software WMS (Warehouse Management System).

The production facility is considered the flagship of the group, a mix of modernity and automation that makes Akifix® extremely competitive as a producer in the following sectors:

Hangers: 2 lines for the forming of the steel wire mainly dedicated to the production of the hangers
Inspection panels: 3 assembly lines for the access panels in plasterboard both for standard sizes and customized sizes
Molding: 5 lines for the molding of plastic material
Assembly: 8 lines for the assembly of nylon anchors
Boxing: 3 lines for the automatic boxing of nylon anchors

Akifix S.p.A. is one of the few companies in Italy to be CE EN 14566 certified for the whole range of drywall screws and this is in addition to the ISO9001 certification which guarantees every production step from the selection of raw materials to the after- sale technical customer care. Akifix® has its own CSI certified laboratory where we perform parts of the control required from ISO9001 and performs other tests, such as the drilling speed, which constantly ensure the highest level of quality that has always distinguished Akifix® product.
